It's really a motor by Emma Hendrix. Motorhead.6 is a sound toy that allows you partial control over the sounds you make and lets you diffuse the sound in your helmet with a motor. Except it's not really a motor. And it sounds shitty. And anyway you'll be sitting in an orange chair… smoking.

Irezicle

It’s really Emma Hendrix, and it’s really a boy. Emma has been making audio, performance and installation works since the late 1990's. He studied Communications at Simon Fraser University, focusing on Hearing and Sound, and he also earned a Sound Engineering Diploma from Columbia Academy in 2000. Emma is primarily focused on audio based work, tending to collaborate with one or more other artists, each with their own artistic focus. His range of practice has included theatre, dance, performance, installation, electronics, film, video, animation and live sound. This practice includes a long-term collaboration with fellow sound artist Graeme Scott in a duo they call coin gutter. He is also one of the main members in the experimental art collective, the Disasteroids. Emma has performed across Canada and in the United States, including MUTEK, SWARM, Vancouver International Dance Festival, Signal and Noise, and Rien à voir, and his sound design has been well received both locally and internationally.
